What this is ​

A working corpus, not a finished book. Five volumes describe the chain in narrative form. Thirteen Master Areas index every craft inside the chain by ownership and volume. The two axes cross-link.

The corpus is edited as flat Markdown with Sveltia CMS running in local mode. No GitHub coupling. Repository lives on Bitbucket. Static site is published to Cloudflare Pages.

Voice ​

Person-first language. Named personas, never the user. Witnessed moments, not described ones. Predictions are made before the cycle runs — and checked when reality answers. Chain-level thinking: every defect traces to a level. Structural fixes, not patches.
