Recall under pressure. A checklist assumes you have already learned the practice — its job is to be scannable in the 30 seconds before you act.
A checklist is pedagogically not a teacher. It exists for the moment between learning and acting. The corpus's discipline: every item carries a because: link to the Practice page or Volume anchor that teaches the why. Without those links a checklist is a dispatch tool, not a practice aid.
